Making soup out of fenugreek will retain all the qualities of fenugreek in the soup. So let us see how to prepare it.

Required Ingredients:

  • Sprouted fenugreek- 1 cup
  • Ripe tomato- 1
  • Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves
  • Fried bread pieces
  • Black salt, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and salt as required.

Procedure:

  • Take half cup of water and boil it.
  • As the water boils add a cup of fenugreek sprouts.
  • Let it gets cooked for 5 minutes.
  • Take another pan and add water into it.
  • As the water boils add a ripe tomato and cover it with a lid.
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes.

To Make Tomato Puree,

  • Cool down the hot tomato and peel its skin off.
  • Put it into a blender and make it into a paste.
  • Add the tomato puree into the boiling fenugreek sprouts and boil again.
  • Add some black salt, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder into it. Boil for a couple if minutes and switch off the stove.
  • Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and stir well.
  • You can serve it in bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and fried bread pieces.

You can add fenugreek powder in your daily diet for effective results. Also combine this treatment with some physical activities like exercise , walking or yoga. Drink more water. Avoid snacking on greasy foods. Avoid junk foods and substitute it with fruit juices or salads. Eat green leafy vegetables to increase your rate of fat burning.
